The architect

Romanov Romanov

Architectural Vision Holland Haus presents as a transitional project, linking the traditional urban centre of historic downtown Bradford with the contemporary development of suburban Bradford. The project, as a mixed-use development, presents as a traditionally proportioned commercial base with a contemporary residential mid rise Apartment above, along Holland Street and as a low-rise Townhouse block along John Street. Contextually, this interweaving of traditional land contemporary motifs, mid rise and low rise, is a direct reference to the intersection of the contrasting parties to the surrounds of Holland Haus.  Additionally, the Urban Parkette, that is at the center of the site, acts as the hub and building separator, which is publicly accessible and allows for through block pedestrian access
